Meeting Reflection#1

The meeting is useful way for discuses about the problems and the solutions. The good thinks is that makes it easy to solve the problems while the bad think is that it take long time to do actions.

Our meeting was about students research inside and outside the College. Mohamed Nofal was displays the ides and how we could make it better Rashed give us some suggestions and we were see it good for students or not, some of us were agreed and some us are not and I was writing everything we discuss. When we finished were putting some actions to do it before the next meeting. The good things is that we discuss some of ides and we get the solutions, however the bad thing were that the meeting were between 3 members only there weren’t enough ides.

As a future manager I will develop my knowledge and I will get more experience in this course and I will take more actions.

1             Welcome, Apologies, Minute taker

2             Research facilities:

·         Rashed suggested that the college should provide special places for researches with teachers to help them and references

·         Mohammed noted that we should encourage outside research

·         Abdulla suggested we request outside pass cards from the companies for the students to visit and Interview the employee for information

3             Researches solutions

·         Mohammed suggested we give the students a free period of time for them to do the researches

·         Rashed proposed to set the topics of the researches to be related to their major

·         Rashed suggested we concentrate on the researches to help the students improve them selves

·         Action item: Abdulla will contact Layla Krouma so she could request help and pass card with companies to help with the students research

·         Action item: Mohammed will contact the college council ,requesting that the researches topics should be related and set a week off for the students to work on their researches

 

4          Recommendations – discussion points

·         Report should be presented to Academic Services

·         Rashed thought Layla would do better with contacting the companies

·         Mohammed suggested the dean of the college
